It started in my kitchen in 2010. Every year, making big batches of my mama’s peanut brittle for corporate gift boxes, I’d end up with a pile of beautiful broken pieces. I couldn’t let them go to waste, so I covered them in tempered Valrhona chocolate, added a touch of flaky sea salt, and broke it into rustic pieces, no two alike.
Crunchy, chocolatey, a little salty, and a little nostalgic. Made in small batches, for a limited time only.
